Every rep has a path set out for them to grow within the company. We do not cap commissions either. We offer full pay (base, commission and bonuses) during training. After training, we offer advancement and raises immediately based solely on the rep's overall performance with the base pay being up to $30 per hour. Additional advancement opportunities available after each quarterly review of performance.

Remote opportunities available after training, once rep shows ability to perform at expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Place calls to current and potential clients
• Develop and maintain business relationships with clients
• Capitalize on opportunities
• Close out sales via telephone calls
• Provide exceptional customer assistance and experience
• Keep track of all sales and client progress
• Provide information about our products and services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months prior telephone sales experience, 1+ year preferred
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Basic computer skills including windows, outlook, word and excel
• Goal oriented
• Self motivated
• Desire to excel and grow

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Uncapped Commission - While not everyone is focused on the money, most take advantage of the commission structure that allows them to increase their income year after year.
• Work Schedule - Each position has goals that an individual can hit to allow them to leave early in the day and still be paid for the full day. There are times where a rep has been able to leave by 10am and be paid until 5pm for the day.
• Meaningful Work - By providing marketing solutions that are affordable on almost any budget, our reps can help even micro-companies gain exposure and market share for their business.

Sales representatives that show the ability to meet expectations while having the self-motivation to not require constant direction can have the opportunity to work remotely. This can be an option in as little as 30 days of employment.
